The Management Board of DelfinGroup has prepared the audited annual report for 2023, which will be submitted for approval at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. The financial results have remained the same compared to the unaudited financial report for the 12 months of 2023, published on 28 February 2024.

In 2023, DelfinGroup focused on product digitalisation and system improvements, which ensured the company's readiness for scalable business growth, increasing market share and starting operations in Lithuania. DelfinGroup continued to develop all business lines and achieved the highest results in the company's history.

In 2023, DelfinGroup achieved the following results:

• Net loan portfolio: EUR 89.0 million, +32%;
• Revenue: 50.4 million euros, +41%;
• EBITDA: 18.2 million euros, +39%;
• Profit before taxes: 8.3 million euros, +14%;
• Net profit: 6.6 million euros, +11%.
