AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company) informs that the preparation of the financial report of 2023 and the related audit thereof has been delayed, because due to changes in the composition of the Board of Directors of the Company in April 2024 and termination of employment relations with previous accounting employees, the Company currently does not have complete information regarding the transactions performed by the Company in 2023 and the supporting documentation thereof, whereas the accounting employees of the Company now are able only to collect the received information, in order to submit it to the auditors SIA „Sandra Dzerele un Partneris”, which carries out the audit of the Company’s financial report for 2023.

The Company hereby declares that the expected publication date of an audited financial report of 2023 will be updated in May 2024, but for the purposes of providing financial information to investors, the Company intends to publish an unaudited financial report of 2023 till May 31^st, 2024.
