On March 20th, 2019 the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court resolved to initiate the legal protection proceedings of the AS „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (Company).

Hereby the Company informs on the consideration and progress of the case of its application for legal protection proceedings submitted to the court:
1. according to the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District court’s decision of May 21st, 2019 the Company within a set deadline submitted the legal protection proceedings measures plan to the court for its approval;
2. with the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court’s decision of June 26th, 2019 Gatis Upenieks was appointed as the administrator of the legal protection proceedings to ensure its supervision and it was set a deadline until July 11th, 2019 to submit the conclusion on the legal protection proceedings measures plan of the Company;
3. within a set deadline Gatis Upenieks submitted the conclusion on the legal protection proceedings measures plan of the Company with the court;
4. with the Riga City Vidzeme Urban District Court’s resolution of July 25th, 2019 the application for legal protection proceedings of the Company was considered in the oral proceedings in the court hearing held on August 01st, 2019 and the judgment will be available on August 16th, 2019.
