JSC Moda Kapitals is informing that a contract has been signed that makes the Company a 100% shareholder of JSC Aureum that is provider of non banking sector crediting services. 

The Company believes this deal will increase the competitiveness in the Kurzeme region as well as will promote further development of the Company, and will also improve the finansial results of the entrepreneurship.
