On 29 January 2020, the shareholders of AS Storent Investments decided to approve issuance of debt securities (bonds) in the amount of up to EUR 15 million. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing notes of 10 M EUR and attract new capital up to 5 M EUR to develop business activities and if needed reduce the company’s debt (incl shareholders loans).

Terms and conditions of the bonds will be finalized after concluding meetings with potential investors.
