In view of the current COVID-19 threat and preventive actions, AS “mogo” seek to ensure the safety of its employees and customers, and, therefore, from 17 March AS “mogo” has taken all mandatory and recommended safety measures, and ensured that its staff can work from home remotely.

Most administration staff (including client support, debt collection, and accounting) already work from home remotely ensuring continuous operation of AS “mogo”.

For the safety of our employees and customers, we have temporarily closed our customer service points and provide our services remotely, except our branch located at the premises of JSC “Ceļu satiksmes drošības direkcija” in Riga, where our services are available upon prior appointment.

The sale of cars are ensured at our points of sale and in cooperation with our partners.

We keep close contact with our customers and work with them to ensure the contractual commitments are still being successfully maintained.

AS “mogo” continues performing its usual functions, however, until the impact of the COVID-19 on the economy is clear, precise assessments to the effect on AS “mogo” operations of financial results for Y2020 cannot be made.

AS “mogo” will continue to inform the society about significant events and changes in the company`s operations.
