AS “Storent Investments” informs that in the coming months the group plans to place a new bond issue. Due to recent changes in the group’s structure and ownership the new issuer will be SIA “Storent Holdings”, the sole shareholder of AS “Storent Investments”. The issue will be indicatively structured as a programme with total volume of up to 15 million euros with subsequent admission of each tranche to listing and trading on the official bond list (the Baltic Bond List) of Akciju sabiedrība “Nasdaq Riga”.

“Storent Holdings” SIA will disclose the exact details of the offering, including the offering period and the terms of subscription upon approval of the envisaged base prospectus with the Bank of Latvia.

The financial adviser to “Storent Holdings” SIA relating to the new issuance of bonds is Redgate Capital AS, while the legal advisor to “Storent Holdings” SIA is ZAB COBALT SIA. Both advisers have also advised Storent Group in the previous bond placements.
