As a result of the 9-th share emission JSC Akciju komercbanka Baltikums (hereinafter - the Bank) paid up share capital will be increased by LVL 1.8 to LVL 12.325 million. The emission will be fully subscribed to and paid up by the Bank’s shareholder - JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa. JSC Baltikums Bankas Grupa shares are owned by five residents of Latvia: - Alexander Peshkov Family Holdings SIA – 24.75%, - Sergey Peshkov Holdings SIA – 24.75%, - Andrey Kochetkov Holdings SIA – 24.75%, - Oleg Chepulsky Holdings SIA – 24.75%, - Ivan Ulyanov Holdings SIA – 1.00%. Joint Stock Company “Akciju komercbanka “Baltikums”” Articles of Assotiation changes (draft): 1. New wording: 3.1. The fixed capital of the Company amounts to 12 325 000 LVL (twelfth million and three hundred twenty five thousand lats). The fixed capital of the Company consists of 12 325 000 (twelfth million and three hundred twenty five thousand lats) shares. The value of one share is 1 LVL (one lat). |
