AS "mogo" informs, that on February 4, 2020, a new Audit Committee was elected. Dārta Keršule, Jūlija Māsāne-Ose, and Darja Maslova-Dolotova were elected members of the Audit Committee.   

Darja Maslova-Dolotova holds a B.Sc from Stockholm School of Economics in Riga and is a Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants. Since October 2019 Darja is the Chief Financial Officer of Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Georgia and Armenia regions. Darja has extensive experience in finance industry including more than five years in ABLV Bank AS and audit department at PwC Latvia.
