In accordance with the requirement of Section 7 and 10 of Article 59.¹ of Law on the Financial Instruments Market, the Board of the joint stock company Latvijas balzams (hereinafter also “the Company”) informs that a significant transaction has been concluded with regard to Assignment of the rights of claim at the amount of EUR 2 135 720.91 to Company`s group entity Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. The rights of claim have been transferred for the previously announced real estate sale transaction in Riga, Daugavgrīvas Street 7, Raņķa dambis 28 and Daugavgrīvas Street 7B. The impact of the transaction on the Company's commercial activities is assessed positively, reducing the Company's credit risk.

The transaction is also forecasted to have a neutral impact on the shareholders of JSC Latvijas balzams, which are not considered as related parties to the transaction. A positive opinion on the transaction by the Audit committee has been received.
