Decision of the Court of Arbitration and raising of the recourse claim

 

The Management Board of JSC „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” informs that on September 3, 2008 Latvijas Komercbanku asociācijas šķīrējtiesa [Court of Arbitration of the Association of Latvian Commercial Banks] has decided to recover solitary from JSC „Latvijas Zoovetapgāde” as from one of the guarantors, the personal debt of Companie’s previous shareholders and Management Board members Mrs. Aija Taurīte and Mr. Aldis Taurītis in the amount of LVL 1 750 326,66. The above mentioned decision was taken basing on the guarantee issued on behalf of JSC „Latvijas Zooveatpgāde” in 2005, signed by Companie’s previous shareholders and Management Board members Mrs. Aija Taurīte and Mr. Aldis Taurītis in order to secure with this guarantee the receipt of the personal credit in the credit facility for the purchase of the immovable property. Taking into consideration all the circumstances mentioned above, the Management Board of JSC „Latvijas Zooveatpgāde” considers the possibility of raising a recourse claim towards the Companie’s previous acionars and Board members Mrs. Aija Taurīte and Mr. Aldis Taurītis in order to recover solitary the debt in the amount of LVL 1 750 326,66.
