On June 19 Storent Holdings SIA completed its offer of the notes where owners of Storent Investments notes (ISIN: LV0000802411) could exchange them for Storent Holdings SIA notes. As a result the total number of the exchanged notes was 32 023 pieces (3 202 300 EUR in nominal value), settlement date is June 21. Afterwards Storent Investments AS will continue to list 16 682 notes (1 668 200 EUR in nominal value) on Nasdaq Baltic Regulated Market until July 19, 2023, when early redemption will take place according to the announcement of the Stock Exchange of Storent Investments:
