The Board of the JSC Amber Latvijas balzams (hereinafter – the Company) informs that a transaction has been concluded with SIA Neatkarīgā patentu aģentūra, registration number: 40003391818, in regard to real estate located at Lapeņu Street 3, sale. The sale price is estimated at EUR 4 million by independent real estate appraiser’s SIA Colliers International Advisors carried property evaluation.

In addition, the Lease agreement has been entered into for a period of two years. The said term is related to the Amber Beverage Group’s project "Construction of an automated high-bay warehouse at Uriekstes Street 9, Riga", as a result of which the Company's warehouses will be moved to the new warehouse in 2025, and the Company will no longer use the real estate for its basic functions.

The decision of the Company’s Supervisory Board has been obtained. Transactions are also forecasted to have a positive impact on the Company’s financial results, as the Company will receive additional income.
