Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter – the Group or ABG) informs that subsidiary company JSC Amber Latvijas balzams has concluded a transaction with ABG on the granting of a new short-term loan in the amount of 4 million euros by determining the maturity date of 31st December 2024, and the interest rate of 6% p.a.

The impact of the transaction on JSC Amber Latvijas balzams commercial activities is evaluated positively. The transaction is also considered to have a positive impact on the shareholders of JSC Amber Latvijas balzams who are not related parties to the transaction, as JSC Amber Latvijas balzams will receive additional income. The annual interest income of JSC Amber Latvijas balzams from the Loan agreement could be in the amount of 240 thousand euros. A positive opinion of the Audit committee of JSC Amber Latvijas balzams for the transaction is obtained.
