BluOr Bank AS extends the powers of the Chairman of the Board Dmitrijs Latiševs and Board member Inga Preimane

On December 8, 2023, the Council of BluOr Bank AS approved the extension of the powers of the Chairman of the Board of BluOr Bank AS, Dmitrijs Latiševs, and the member of the Board, Inga Preimane, for the next three years.

The extension of powers was registered in the Enterprise Register on January 22, 2024.

The Chairman of the Board Dmitrijs Latiševs has been a member of the Management Board of BluOr Bank AS since July 1, 2002, and the member of the Board Inga Preimane has been a member of the Management Board of BluOr Bank AS since January 11, 2016.

The Management Board of BluOr Bank AS also includes Board members Dmitrijs Feldmans and Vadims Morozs.
