Amber Beverage Group Holding S.à r.l. (hereinafter – the Group or ABG) is notifying noteholders of senior management changes at Amber Beverage Group. Its Chief Executive Officer, Jekaterina Stuģe’s departure from the company is a result of mutual agreement, reflecting collaborative discussions between Mrs. Stuģe and the company’s ownership, aligning on the best path forward for both parties. ABG’s Chief Legal Officer, Arturs Evarts will assume the role of Acting CEO until a permanent appointment is made.

Under Jekaterina Stuģe’s leadership, the Group witnessed a transformative era marked by strategic foresight and expansion focused initiatives, helping to establish ABG as a global leader in the beverage industry. Jekaterina played an important role across every area of the Group’s key activities and operations, and after a decade with the business, she leaves the company in a strong position to continue building on its success over the long term.
