On 8 March this year, Latvenergo AS Supervisory Board has unanimously elected Aigars Laizāns as Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Kaspars Rokens is the Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board, and Toms Siliņš and Gundars Ruža are the Members of the Supervisory Board. According to the information provided earlier, the Shareholders’ Meeting of Latvenergo AS, as of 1 March this year, has withdrawn the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Ivars Golsts, who had held the position since 10 June 2020. In the near future, the Ministry of Economics, in cooperation with the State Chancellery, will organise the nomination process for the position of a Member of the Supervisory Board of Latvenergo AS.
