These transactions involve mobile operators from Tajikistan and Somalia which have been SAF partners for more than 3 years. Agreement on deliveries has been already signed with Somali partner but the other transaction is under the process of negotiations and the volume of the transaction is still being precised.

Export guarantees will serve as the transactions’ insurance policy but the exact amount of export guarantees will be defined by Latvian Guarantee Agency.
