The report of the Council of JSC “Saldus Mezrupnieciba” on JSC “Saldus Mezrupnieciba” in 2008 and the consolidated report for the year of JSC “Saldus Mezrupnieciba”
The Council at its session in Riga on 6 June 2009 having considered the report JSC “Saldus Mezrupnieciba” and the consolidated report for the year of JSC “Saldus Mezrupnieciba”, submitted to the Council, take for granted the external causes, mentioned by the Council, concerning the failure to gain the planned performance data which has caused loss to the Company during 2008.
During the accounting year the Council has called meetings as stated by the law – once every decade, and has got acquainted with Council reports on economic activities and is informed about decrease in the resource values and other aspects, causing loss to JSC “Saldus Mezrupnieciba” and its subsidiary and linked companies.
