With the following AS „Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca”, taking into account the publication made by the news agency Baltic Business Service on July 2, 2009 regarding the insolvency process of the company which have been initiated by the SIA „Tapeks”, informs that.the amount of the unsettled liabilities of AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" to SIA "Tapeks" are  1596,96  LVL on July 1,2009.  AS "Rīgas elektromašīnbūves rūpnīca" on July 02,2009 has covered them. The reason of untimely payment is the technical mistake. Attributes of insolvency in this case are not available
