One of the top priorities of DnB NORD Group is establishment of an integrated
IT organization and centralization of all systems, and right now is being launched unified DnB NORD Group IT competence center located in AS DnB NORD Bankas (Lithuania). In order to successfully commission both the core operational system and other large-scale IT projects of DnB NORD Group as from 1 August the Management Board member, Vice-president of AS DnB NORD Banka Gundars Andžāns is going to proceed to the level of DnB NORD Group assuming responsibility for development of IT systems of the whole concern. G.Andžāns also will take the position of the Management Board member of AS DnB NORD Bankas (Lithuanian), thus resigning from his duties at the Management Board of AS DnB NORD Banka (Latvia). As from 1 August 2009 the Management Board of AS DnB NORD Banka will be joined by Jānis Teteris, whose scope of responsibility shall comprise activities of Corporate Banking Department and Financial Restructuring Department. Jānis Teteris is employed by AS DnB NORD Banka since 1998. Within the period from 2003 to 2006 J.Teteris was the Deputy Head of Corporate Banking Department. Since then as of the date J.Teteris was the Head of Credit Risk Analysis Department. Jānis Teteris does not own any AS DnB NORD Banka shares. |
