On 21st August 2009 “SAF Tehnika” JSC employees went to Kemeri National park to clean up Kanieris castle mound’s trail celebrating company’s 10th anniversary and making their contribution to environment.
From the moment of its foundation in 1999 “SAF Tehnika” JSC has become a significant player in the world’s market of microwave data transmission equipment. This year “SAF Tehnika” JSC celebrates its 10th anniversary, and its administration decided to organize an activity where all employees worked shoulder to shoulder and would contribute to maintain our environment clean.
In the morning of August 21 the employees gathered at the “Forest House” in Kemeri National park to proceed to Kanieris castle mound’s trail, which is considered one of the fabulous natural tourist trails in the national park. After the work was completed, all the participants were invited to unofficial part of the day filled with joyful games and conversations.
“This activity in the honour of “SAF Tehnika” JSC 10th anniversary supplements the ‘green’ policy of the enterprise and we will remember this beautiful sunny day that helped us to get to know each other better by working shoulder to shoulder and doing useful work” – commented Chairman of the Board of “SAF Tehnika” JSC, Normunds Bergs.
