We would like to inform on the recent 3 year professional experience of new council members Nataļja Gorbunova and Aksana Bērziņa elected in the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of the JSC „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” on September 28, 2009:
 
  • New member of Council Nataļja Gorbunova is in the position of Member of the Board in company SIA „ELMATEC” since 2004.
Nataļja Gorbunova does not own any share of JSC „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika”.
 
 
  • Aksana Bērziņa was in a position of Member of the Board in company SIA „EGA PLUS” till 2007.
Aksana Bērziņa does not own any share of JSC „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika”.
