EXPLANATORY STATEMENT
On the difference in 2011, unaudited and audited profit
and loss statement
Due to clause 14.8.6. of the Exchange company rules
„About listing and trade of the financial instruments within
Exchange regulated markets” „Rīgas farmaceitiskā fabrika” JSC
explains, that the expenses, metioned in the audited Annual report,
are corrected relating to the performed marketing and advertising
expenses of the products to current reporting period. According to
the correction of manufacturing expenses, the reevaluation of stock
of final products was performed. The item concerning the deferred
corporate income tax was included in the audited annual
report.
