The Joint Stock Company Liepājas Metalurgs hereby informs that on 30.10.2012 it made a payment of EUR 8.2 Mio. to UniCredit S.p.A. bank as a scheduled part of repayment in accordance with the Loan Agreement signed on 29.12.2009 to finance revamping of the Joint Stock Company Liepājas Metalurgs.

The Joint Stock Company Liepājas Metalurgs hereby informs that it fully complies with all of its obligations towards the Treasury of the Republic of Latvia concerning the state guarantees No.G/F09/923 and No.G/F09/924 issued by the Republic of Latvia on 30.12.2009.
