On the annual shareholders` meeting of the JSC “Brivais vilnis” from 30.04.2013 there were elected the following new board members of the Supervisory Council:

Ilmars Reinis

Education – the higher, juridical

Work experience – the Lawyer as from 2001, Certified Advokate.

Does not own shares of the JSC “Brivais vilnis”.

Kaspars Varpins

Education – the higher, economic

Work experience – the expert in banks of Latvia as from 2004, member of the Board in “TERRA LIBRE” Ltd.

Does not own shares of the JSC “Brivais vilnis”.
