Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” informs that on 25^th April, 2013 Kurzeme Regional Court satisfied the application of JSC “Latvenergo” regarding the claim against Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” for the recovery of LVL 962 084.56 debt including the court expenses, asking to secure the claim, and that it is prohibited to alienate or pledge any shares of LSEZ JSC “Liepājas osta LM” belonging to Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs”. Hearing of the case in the court session is scheduled for 12.09.2013.

JSC “Latvijas gāze” has raised a claim in the court for the recovery of LVL 2 036 812,93 debt from Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs”, asking to secure the claim. Hearing of this case in the court session is scheduled for 05.09.2013.
