The JSC Liepājas Metalurgs informs that on August 5, 2013 a joint meeting of the JSC Liepājas Metalurgs Supervisory Board and Management Board together with Prudentia Advisers Ltd. concerning the assumptions/conditions for the preparation of the draft of the Plan of Measures of the Legal Protection Proceeding (“LPP”, or from Latvian “TAP”) was organized.

The JSC Liepājas Metalurgs is currently improving the draft of the Plan of Measures of the LPP based on those conditions which have been agreed with Prudentia Advisers Ltd. It is planned that the drafted Plan of Measures of the LPP will be submitted to Prudentia Advisers Ltd. this week.
