Joint Stock Company Liepājas metalurgs already announced regarding election of a new council in the regular meeting of shareholders on 29.07.2013, consisting of:

- Guntis Vilnītis,

- Genadijs Atujevs,

- Ainars Kreics,

- Benita Imbovica,

- Egils Kupšis,

- Kirovs Lipmans (already on 30.07.2013 he advised, that he leaves his position of the Member of Council at JSC Liepājas metalurgs).

Also, according to the previous publications, on 29.07.2013 the position of Member of Board was granted to Antra Čirkše due to the fact that position in the Board was left by Iļja Segals.

Born in 1956

Education: Higher, graduated from “Riga Polytechnical Institute” in 1979, qualification – Automatization Mechanical Engineering

Experience:since 1995: JSC "Liepajas metalurgs" Member of the Supervisory Board;

since 1998: “Solo Riga” Ltd. and “Lielvardes LLT” Ltd., Member of the Board

2000- 2006: “Vacele” Ltd., “Liepnami” Ltd. and “Telenami” Ltd. Director, Member of the Board.

since 1998: Private practice of sworn lawyer;

Shares: owner of 175 shares of JSC "Liepajas metalurgs".

The given information was not published before due to extraordinary shareholders meeting at JSC Liepājas metalurgs announced on 30.10.2013, in the consequence of which there may be introduced amendments in the content of officials of the above mentioned institutions.
