Referring to the news announced by mass media about Liepajas metalurgs Limited, registered in Russia (www.pietiek.com.) Joint Stock Company Liepājas metalurgs believes it is necessary to advise, that this company was registered in 1998. The resolution on its establishing was signed by President of Liepaja Special Economic Zone Joint Stock Company Liepājas metalurgs Kirovs Lipmans. In January 2001 the given establishment was liquidated, this fact validated by signature of President of Liepaja Special Economic Zone Joint Stock Company Liepājas metalurgs Kirovs Lipmans.

Therefore previously announced information is to be considered as inaccurate and not revealing the real situation.
