Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” informs that claim of JSC “Latvenergo” for debt collection from JSC “Liepajas Metalurgs” in the amount of LVL 962,084,- was considered in Kurzeme regional court on 12.09.2013. The court satisfied the mentioned claim in full.

Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” will not appeal against the decision but JSC “Latvenergo” will not be able to commence collection of the debt because in accordance with the Insolvency law the proceedings of the decision enforcement will be suspended and Joint Stock Company “Liepajas Metalurgs” will pay off the mentioned debt according to terms and conditions stipulated in the action plan of the legal protection procedure.
